Academic Biography
Dr. Nora Wang is an Assistant Professor and Course Director of Business Studies at City University Qatar. With over 20 years of teaching and industry experience across Spain, Taiwan, Qatar, the UK, and Uzbekistan, she brings a wealth of knowledge shaped by her work in diverse cultural and linguistic environments. Dr. Wang holds dual PhDs in Education and Business Management, and has made significant contributions to language education, teacher training programmes, and innovative teaching practices, including flipped-classroom methodologies. Her research spans international business, luxury marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), guanxi and networking, SMEs, HEIs, and pedagogy. Passionate about interdisciplinary inquiry, she is actively engaged in cross-disciplinary research, focusing on education and management in multicultural contexts.
