Mr Amr Metwally is a healthcare executive and innovation strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors in the GCC and internationally. His work spans healthcare innovation, digital health, clinical simulation, artificial intelligence, and large-scale transformation programmes.

He currently holds an executive leadership role at Itqan Clinical Simulation and Innovation Centre, one of the world’s largest medical simulation hubs. As a member of City University Qatar’s Industry Advisory Board, Mr Metwally brings valuable insight into healthcare innovation, applied technology, and the future skills required in the healthcare sector. His contribution supports CUQ’s commitment to strengthening industry engagement and preparing graduates who are professionally skilled, future-ready, and aligned with Qatar’s workforce needs.

Mr Metwally holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and serves on its EMBA Candidates Selection Committee.
