Academic Biography

Kimashnee is a highly experienced academic with over 14 years of teaching and corporate experience across South Africa, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and now Qatar. Her areas of specialisation and interest cover Operations Management, Accounting and Finance, Audit, Risk, and Strategy. Her research interests are in Operations Management and Women in Leadership in developing countries. Kimashnee is also passionate about women’s development and volunteers her time and skills to assist women from disadvantaged communities, as she firmly believes that women rise when they help other women stand as well.
