Polish Ambassador Visits City University Qatar to Strengthen Education Links

City University Qatar, had the honour of welcoming His Excellency Mr Tomasz Sadzinski, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the State of Qatar, for an official visit to its Lusail campus. The visit marked an important step in strengthening educational and cultural ties between Poland and Qatar.

During his visit, His Excellency toured CUQ’s modern, purpose-built GSAS 4-star rated campus, including its advanced laboratories, collaborative learning spaces, and student facilities. The tour provided an opportunity to showcase the university’s commitment to delivering high-quality British education in Qatar through its partnership with Ulster University.

Discussions focused on potential areas of collaboration in higher education, academic exchange, and research partnerships, as well as opportunities to further connect Polish and Qatari institutions. The visit highlighted the shared interest in fostering innovation, student mobility, and cross-border academic engagement.

Professor Faris G. Faris, PhD, President of City University Qatar, expressed his appreciation for the Ambassador’s visit, noting:
