As part of its commitment to career-focused education and industry engagement, City University Qatar recently hosted its highly anticipated Career Fair, bringing together leading organisations and aspiring talent in one dynamic space.
The event welcomed a distinguished group of employers across key sectors, including global brands and regional leaders such as British Councilm beIN MEDIA GROUP, EY, Commercial Bank, Artan Holding and Malomatia, alongside a diverse range of organisations spanning law, consulting, technology, and creative industries.

Held at the university’s Lusail campus, the Career Fair transformed the space into a vibrant hub of opportunity. Students and graduates engaged directly with recruiters, explored internship and career pathways, and gained valuable insight into the expectations of today’s competitive job market.
From conversations with organisations such as Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre, and Kingdom Konsult, to interactions with innovation, driven companies like Anabolic Mechanics and Inspire Training Academy, the event offered a well-rounded exposure to multiple career directions.

A Platform for Real-World Engagement
More than a networking event, the Career Fair created an environment where meaningful connections were formed. Students had the opportunity to present themselves professionally, build confidence, and understand how their academic journey translates into real-world impact.
The presence of organisations such as Abulssa Holding, Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Group, Studio Echelle, Delta Corporation, Advisory & Accountancy, and ClassMate further highlighted the university’s growing network of industry partners and its strong alignment with market needs.
“The Career Fair reflects our vision of preparing students not only academically, but professionally, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and networks needed to succeed,” said Professor Dr. Faris Gorashi, President of City University Qatar.
Beyond the Event
The strong turnout and high level of engagement positioned this year’s Career Fair as one of the university’s most impactful initiatives, reinforcing its role as a bridge between education and industry.
More than a single event, the Career Fair reflects City University Qatar’s core mission: to connect education with opportunity. By creating meaningful links between students and industry, the university continues to empower its graduates with the skills, experience, and networks needed to transition seamlessly into internships, careers, and long-term success.
